Thomas Friese (b. 1967) completed Pestalozzi Music High School and studied catholic sacred music ("A" diploma 1991) and organ (concert diploma 1993) at Musikhochschule (University of music) in Munich, organ with Prof. Harald Feller.

Thomas Friese is director of music and organist at St. Canisius' church in Munich. He gives recitals as organist and conductor in several cathedrals and famous monastery churches all over Europe and USA, also duet recitals whith his brother Christian.

In addition he works as a teacher in organ and organ improvisation for the archdiocese of Munich and Freising and the diocese of Augsburg.
